Season of Mists Etc

So much jam made, jellies made, chutneys bottled. One last experiment to try this year, Hedgerow Jelly. Not quite sure of the taste of our rose hips, so the ingredients will be our superb crabapples, luscious blackberries and great big elderberries. If it works as well together as the ingredients taste separately, this could become a staple.
